- Contact data – name, surname, email, phone number (during member registration, contact form)
- Health data – only to the extent necessary for safe training (voluntarily provided)
- Photographic and video recordings – from training sessions, seminars, and events
- Technical data – IP address, browser type, operating system, website traffic data (via cookies)

5. Recipients of personal data
Your personal data may be provided to:
- Slovak Aikido Association (SAA) – member registration, exam enrollment
- Google Ireland Limited – website analytics (only with your consent)
- Seminar organizers – name and grade when registering for a seminar
- Accounting office – billing data to the extent required by law
Personal data is not transferred to third countries outside the EU/EEA (Google Analytics uses servers in the EU).
6. Retention period
- Member data – for the duration of membership + 3 years
- Contact form – 1 year from last communication
- Accounting documents – 10 years (legal obligation)
- Photos and videos – for the duration of consent, max. 15 years
- Cookies (analytical) – 2 years
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access – obtain confirmation of whether your data is being processed and a copy of the data
- Right to rectification – request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure – request deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Right to restriction of processing – temporarily restrict processing
- Right to data portability – obtain data in machine-readable format
- Right to object – object to processing based on legitimate interest
